Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are Final . We only offer returns for products that are damaged during transit or if you receive incorrect item(s) in your order.

We do not offer exchanges of products  If your product is damaged please contact giihanglam@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Emails will need to include order number, a description of damage, and pictures to verify. If it is decided that your product is damaged, a refund or replacement will be sent at the discretion of the buyer. If your product is deemed to not be damaged (at the discretion of seller) you will not receive replacement or refund. In some cases, a gift card will be emailed to buyer. If a replacement item (Collections, Limited Items, etc.) is not available we will refund the retail price. **Damaged product includes crack or malfunction with wand or tube. It does not include air spaces that are normal when wand is removed and gloss is displaced around tube or slight color difference as these are handmade products and differences will occur.

Handmade Items

Please be aware that most items in my store are handmade. Due to this, products may slightly differ from each other. Lip glosses are filled properly in the wand tube. When you remove the wand from the tube, a void will be visible, This can cause the gloss to not look full. Body care items may differ slightly in color. Gloss tubes are slightly larger than oz of gloss to account for space for wand and small air bubbles in gloss.
